Shri Mataji in America

The Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Heritage Project USA
An appeal for the generations!

Shri Mataji – Shri Krishna Puja 1982, Manhattan, New York City, U.S.A

It began some 53 years ago

The true story of the emancipation of humanity began some 53 years ago. In 1970, on a beach in western India in the village of Nargol, Our Holy Mother, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi made the most significant spiritual breakthrough in the history of human spirituality by opening the Sahastrara at the macrocosmic level, making en masse Self Realization possible.

Turned Her attention westward

The source of joy Herself then turned Her attention westward and came to America for the salvation of Her children, spreading Her light and love to every corner of this land to realize Her great vision. By blessing us with Her presence repeatedly over four decades, Shri Mataji hoped America would assume its rightful position as a global spiritual catalyst and become the gateway for the dawning of collective consciousness on earth.

Shri Mataji in America – the Heritage Project

It is the story of this journey of Shri Mataji in America that the Heritage Project wishes to capture for future generations, so that the children of our children have the opportunity to know Her as we have, and the love and attention that She showered upon us here is never lost.

Visitors who experience the Heritage Project will literally feel the proximity to Shri Mataji and be able to explore the many aspects of Her divine personality, Her work and travels in the United States and other countries of the American Continent. The home for the Heritage Project will be Shri Mataji’s residence and abode in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, as it is the only structure designed and conceived entirely by Her in the Western Hemisphere and is a true reflection of Her presence in this country.

Project details

Lorem Ipsum Corporation’s budget estimate for a permanent exhibition for SHRI MATAJI NIRMALA DEVI HERITAGE MUSEUM

Phase 1: Design and Development

  • Total budget – $240,000 (funds have been collected to cover this phase)
  • Total duration of phase – 6 months

Phase 2: Implementation

  • Total budget – $740,000 (funds are needed to cover this phase)
  • Total duration of phase – 6 months

Total additional funds needed: $740,000

Fundraising goal and time frame

In order to give the go-ahead to Lorem Ipsum Corporation, we need to have 75% of the total cost collected. To achieve this, we suggest our collective goal be to raise an additional $500,000 by the end of this year. The moment we have that amount, we can tell Lorem Ipsum Corporation to begin the construction of the museum. We would then set our collective goal to raise the remaining amount ($240,000) of the total cost in 2024.

Beginning the creation of this exhibition this year underscores the significance of this year, 2023, the 100th anniversary of the birth of Our Holy Mother.
