Italian hosted program of Meditation session and Pujas
Shri Ekadesha Rudra is very much in the Collective attention.
Today we received a programme of meditation session and Pujas being hosted by the Italian Collective with attention on the principle of Shri Ekadesha Rudra.
We felt to share this with our Australian Collectives and encourage you to join.

The meditations are held at 7am and 6:30pm each day starting today (Italy time).
7:00am in Italy is 1pm in WA, 3:00pm in QLD, 3:30pm in SA and 4:00pm in NSW, Vic, Tas and ACT.
6:30pm in Italy is 12:30am in WA, 2:30am in Qld, 3:00am in SA and 3:30am in NSW, Vic, Tas and ACT (as this is very early for many of us we can meditate on that deity during our morning meditation).

Let us bring our attention on the principle of Ekadasha Rudra.
We will have regular meditation sessions accompanied by the offering of the names of the different Deities, invoking different Aspects of Shri Mataji with prayers and Puja etc.,

We can do paper burning by writing the negativities of the virus and shoebeat the virus by expressing the desire to destroy the virus at the earliest.
