National recognition of World Mental Health Day during Nov 2018

Dear Family,

Jai Shri Mataji!

The national collective is hosting public programs during October in support of the World Health Organisation’s Mental Health Day.

Seekers will be introduced to Sahaja Yoga and will hear how research is indicating that Sahaja Yoga can improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Please support the event with bandhans so that many seekers find their way to a program to receive their Self Realisation and establish themselves in the collective.
