Central Committee Rotation & Australian Representation

Central Committee Rotation & Australian Representation

Dear Yogis,

Jai Shri Mataji!

We are very pleased to share that Uncle Rob Henshaw of Australia has been selected to become a member of the Central Committee (CC) as part of the recent rotation of half the Committee before Guru Puja.

The CC members have a term of 8 years, with half the committee rotating every four years.

This is the first time the Australian collective has had a member on the CC since it was first formed following Shri Mataji’s Maha Samadhi in 2011.

As previously announced, we also recently had our first Australian representative join the International Marriage Committee (IMC), Andrii Grybovskyi.

We’ve had 19 Australian Yogis apply to the IMC for marriage this year at Ganesha Puja, which is wonderful to see.

It is great to witness Australia once more becoming fully integrated with the world collective through these respected world bodies.

We send a hearty congratulations to both Rob and Andrii on their appointments.

At the country coordinators meeting before Guru Puja in Mother’s living room in Cabella, the Central Committee announced the names of the five new members selected on vibrations:

These are:

  • Dave Dunphy, USA
  • Kasthurie Govender, South Africa
  • Maria Amelia de Kalbermatten, Switzerland/Portugal
  • Rob Henshaw, Australia
  • Victoria Zbylut, USA

The continuing members of the Central Committee are:

  • Didier Laurent, France
  • Hitoshi Igawa, Japan
  • Leevi Laasonen, Finland
  • Radim Ryska, Czech Republic
  • Zafar Rashid, UK/Pakistan

We congratulate all the new members and thank them for accepting this role of service to Shri Mataji and Sahaja Yoga.

We also thank those who are rotating out of the Central Committee at the end of their eight years tenure: Ann Radha Maes, Francisco Fenili, Ruth Flint, Steve Wollenberger, and Volodymyr Chornyy.

May Shri Mataji guide all these dedicated Yogis as they fulfil these important roles in our world family.

Warm Regards,
The Australian Council and LETA Trustees.
