Balmoral Project Working Bees in August 2020

Balmoral Renewal Project 2020

Working Bee – Saturday 8th August
&
Landscaping & Planting Day – Saturday 22nd August

Dear Family,

Jai Shri Mataji!

Men’s & Yuvas Working Bee – Saturday 8th August

As part of the Balmoral Renewal Project there is a need to organise a clearing bee to clear all the dead wood from the fires in preparation for planting and future fire prevention.

A whole property clean up also needs to be done clearing remaining waste and fire damaged objects into a  skip bin. As this involves hard labour we are asking for the support of our men and older Yuvas. There is a large amount of burnt material. A huge bon fire will be held at the end of the working day

Landscaping and Planting Day – Saturday 22nd August

We are also providing notice of an open invitation for all Yogis to be involved  to do planting as part of the landscaping of our property after the bushfire. Both working days will be limited to 20 people. Everyone will need to pre register and please nominate the date you are attending.

COVID-19 Visitor’s Register

From 1 July 2020, there are new government rules to keep NSW COVID safe, with the number of people allowed for outdoor gatherings at 20 people. As a responsible community group, whenever we assemble – be it to volunteer our help to care for Shri Mataji’s Temple or as restrictions ease to meet for spiritual gatherings, we will need to collect contact tracing information. This information will be kept secure and only be provided to the relevant authorities if there was to be a health related incident. The contact information collected will not be used for any other purpose.

If you are planning to attend the either of the  Balmoral working bee days, please complete our online COVID-19 Visitor’s Register, using the link below. This will also be available on site at Balmoral. All of our collective properties have COVID-19 Safety Plans in place as recommended by the Government.

COVID-19 Safety plans for all the Sahaja properties

We have implemented COVID-19 Safety plans for all the Sahaja properties to provide guidelines as we begin to meet again. We encourage Yogis to exercise caution and to follow these guidelines provided by the Health Department.

Please review our Safety plans to ensure you adhere to the government guidelines when attending collective events. Please see the following link:
