Is there a yuva shakti you know who you feel should have the opportunity to attend the International Yuva Shakti New Year Seminar in Munich, but does not have the means to do so? It is our desire to help facilitate and, where possible, sponsor a yuva to join our seminar in collaboration with your country leader and/or council. Please fill in the nomination form to let us know!
Will I be forced to wear lederhosen? 😰
A timeless classic, the traditional Bavarian lederhosen are worn for any, and every, celebration. We will not require you to wear one unless you fail to transfer your seminar deposit in time.
Why is there a donkey? 🤨

65% of the population in Africa is under the age of 35, making it the youngest continent. With 20 countries out of 54 having a presence of Sahaja Yoga ranging from a few yogis to a few thousand.
This is an opportunity for the established younger generation and Yuva’s around the world to engage with their brothers and sisters in Africa, to spread Mother’s love and to feel their own spirits be elevated like never before. An opportunity to do Mother’s work like it was in the 1980’s and 90’s when Mother toured the world.
African continent is the motherland of all our ancestors.

- 05 – 15 August 2025 in Bishkek on August 4th arrival for those who arrive in Bishkek or on August 5th before 6 am. If there is a plane to Issyk-Kul, it is better to buy tickets directly to the Issyk-Kul airport.
- August 5th – day of arrival in Issyk-Kul, Cholpon-Ata city, from August 5th to 14th – programs in Issyk-Kul (sanatoriums, Rukh-Ordo),
- August 15th – day of departure
For those who want to stay longer or arrive earlier (or a flight at a nice price on other days), there is an opportunity to stay in a guest house at Nuria. Be sure to inform the arrival/departure dates so that we can book rooms for a longer period.

Payment for accommodation in the guest house “ERIKA” (24 beds at 1000 som / day and 11 beds at 600 som / day):
1. With amenities in a room with a double and single bed 1000 som / day per person – this is the average price, depending on the level of comfort.
2. With outdoor amenities 600 som/day per person (shower for women + shower for men + two toilets with sewerage) a separate bed in a room for 3 people.
If someone needs improved amenities, we can find this option, but you understand, it will cost significantly more and in another place.

“Sentient Evolution” is a 7-part series that explores the connection between the spiritual subtle system, as explained by Shri Mataji, and the autonomic nervous system, as currently described in modern medicine. The word ‘Sentient’ means “able to feel,” and through Sahaja Yoga, as taught by Shri Mataji, people can actually experience their own spiritual growth—this is the idea behind the title. The series explores a growing field called neurospirituality, which looks at how the brain and spiritual experience are connected.
Each episode stands on its own and focuses on a different part of the subtle system, explaining it through an integrated lens of human anatomy, physiology, and modern medical science. The series also touches on how human evolution may have been shaped by the fascinating interplay between spiritual and biological forces, offering a new way to understand how our body and spirit are linked.
At the end of each episode the audience is invited to experience their self-realization through a guided meditation led by Shri Mataji herself.
This groundbreaking seven-part online series features Dr. Ashish Pradhan, a neuroscientist and lifelong Sahaja Yoga practitioner. Drawing on years of research and personal insights from Shri Mataji—gained through discussions spanning science, medicine, and Yoga scriptures—Dr. Pradhan bridges ancient Yogic wisdom with modern neuroscience.
