Tips for preparing your video

  • Have an Altar or picture of HH Shri Mataji as part of your video composition.
  • Introduce yourself and location.
  • No or low background noise – Record during the quiet time of the day to minimise street/outside noises.
  • Audio recording quality – If recording to a laptop/mobile phone/tablet, please consider using separate microphone or the headphone/microphone that you normally use with your device.
  • Ensure you record utilising a stable camera (preferably not held in the hand).
  •  Avoid strong background lighting behind you as your video will look ‘wash out’. Have lighting directed towards you instead.
  • Video and photo format should be in Landscape format.
