The Australian and International celebrations of the Nine Holy Nights of Navaratri for this year will soon begin.

We wish to share details of these online events which will commence this Saturday 17th October:

• Australian Navaratri Havan
  1st day of Navaratri, Saturday 17th October. Hosted by WA from Gidgegannup.
• Australian Navaratri Puja
  8th day of Navaratri, Saturday 24th October. Hosted by WA from Gidgegannup.
• International Nine Nights of Navaratri Seminar & Puja
  17th to 25th October. With morning and evening meditations and music programs. Hosted by African countries, Belarus, Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Switzerland, Ukraine, UK & Eire.

On this day we will humbly offer a Havan to Shri Mataji in Her Form of Shri Durga in preparation for the National Navaratri Puja. Please join us for the Havan which will be streamed from Shri Mataji’s Ashram at Gidgegannup in Western Australia. Together our collective attention and desire is so very powerful.

With hearts wide open the yogis of Western Australia invite all their brothers and sisters to join together to offer the Navaratri Puja in worship of Our Divine Mother, The Great Goddess. The Puja will be streamed from Gidgegannup.

In our meditations and clearing, let’s all begin our own inner preparations for this great time of Navaratri when all the blessings and protection of the Devi are there for the destruction of evil and to help us in our ascent.

“So the ascent starts evolving. In that, the play of the Devi is the Navaratri – in your ascent – from ages. Navaratri that’s why is the most important Puja. In Sahaja Yoga, Navaratri is the most important puja I would say. Though we can say in modern Sahaja Yoga Sahasrar Day is, because that’s how you started getting your Realisation. But if you go to the whole historical events of evolution you’ll find [that] Navaratri is the one which has brought you to Sahasrara. Without the help of the Devi at different stages of your ascent, you could not have been in a position to receive your Realisation. So all the steps that you took in the past are today worshipped and are used for thanking the Devi for what She did to bring you down here. So it’s like a thanksgiving. Without Her work nothing could have happened.”

International 9 Nights of Navaratri

17th to 25th October 2020
During the Nine Nights, there will be 9 guided morning meditations, 8 evening Pujas, an international havan with readings from the Devi Mahatmyam, a Sahaja Yoga doctors’ seminar and an evening of Sahaj entertainment of music, dance, poetry & more! The various co-hosts will take turns in hosting the different events.

The timings of the international events and pujas may make it challenging for some Australian Yogis to join some of the live events but recordings will be made available on the YouTube channel which you will find through the website.
