Spreading Sahaja Yoga in 2021

Dear Sahaja Family,

Soon 2020 will be behind us and now is the time to start planning for a fresh and positive New Year.  In our plans each one of us must ask oneself as Shri Mataji had asked, “What do you do for Sahaja Yoga?”

Many programs were stopped during the COVID pandemic and have not restarted. Here is a testimonial from one of the programs that has resumed with more people coming than before the pandemic.

“We restarted the Epping program in September after a break of 6 months. Except for one night of torrential rain, we have had at least one new person join us every week. Last week we had 6 new people and since September we have had over 30 people come through altogether. Most are coming through a small leaflet drop we did or Meetup. Some are seeing the banner and just walking in. There is definitely more interest now than before COVID and it’s given us all a lot of joy.”

The simple joy of spreading Sahaja Yoga sustains us vibrationally and pleases our Mother. New programs and new ways of spreading the vibrations are a joy to be a part of no matter how big or small. Many people are now looking for meditations, stress relief, mental health solutions and are seeking more in their lives since COVID-19.

“I am the artist and I am the art, but what about you?  Who are you? You are the one who is created, and you can create, and you can become the artist.  That is what I am saying. That you are not only the light, but the light that will give light to others.” (HH Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, London UK, 6th August 1982)

We as councillors are here to help and support all your Sahaj projects and programs. Please feel free to contact us if you have any ideas about how we can spread Sahaja yoga as a collective. We look forward to hearing from you.
