Sahaja Marriages in Cabella 2023

Dear Yogis,

Jai Shri Mataji!

The International Marriage Committee (IMC) has commenced the 2023 Sahaj Marriage activities, with the marriage ceremonies to be held in Cabella at the International Shri Ganesha Puja (15 to 17 September). Below is all the information you’ll need, provided by the IMC.

Contact State Councillor

If you would like to apply for marriage, please contact a Councillor in your state, who will then make the arrangements for you to register on the marriage portal and submit your application.

We are also very pleased to share the news that we now have an Australian representative on the IMC. Andrii Grybovskyi (NSW) has joined the IMC recently and we send him our congratulations and thanks for accepting this important role within our global family.

With Love

The Australian Council

2023 Important dates

Applications will be accepted by the IMC from the 20th May until the 7th of July 2023.

Announcements will be done live in Cabella as usual during the week before the Marriage ceremony, tentatively from Tuesday evening 12th September, and will be streamed online.

Marriages will take place on the most auspicious occasion of Shri Ganesha Puja weekend, on 17th September 2023 in Cabella.

Application process

Similar to last year, Sahaja Marriage applications will be submitted on the IMC Marriage Portal for all countries.

The Portal, which is built on a business grade platform for higher security and confidentiality, will be used to digitize only the submission and approval of applications. The matching process will be performed by printing the forms and offering them at Shri Mataji’s Lotus Feet in Cabella, for collective vibrations taking.

Access to the Portal is by invitation only, i.e. no applicant can self register. If you would like to apply for marriage, please contact a Councillor in your state, who will then make the arrangements for you to register on the marriage portal and submit your application.

In the materials listed below under Available Documents, you can find all information about the marriage process and about the Marriage Portal.

“Marriage is an auspicious occasion”

Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

“Marriage is an auspicious occasion, is the most auspicious occasion in the life of human beings. It is auspicious, that’s why it’s joy giving and the vibrations flow with that auspiciousness all over the world. […] Marriage is meant to give joy, is meant to give cheerfulness, happiness and all the blissful things that you can think of achieving through our combinations with two human beings. […] You have to bring glory to the system of marriages because it is the system established by God Almighty.  Not by human beings, it’s a wrong idea. It is established by God Almighty to have an auspicious occasion, where such an auspicious thing is taken. The sacredness of this is to be maintained…”
H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, 1981 “Marriage is meant to give Joy”, UK
