Dear Sisters,
The next ladies program will be held on Sunday the 3rd of June from 10:30am to 2:30pm at Burwood Ashram.
Richard Kennett will be demonstrating some easy exercises to help clear the chakras as recommended by Shri Mataji. Please wear suitable clothing.
There will also be a small Puja. Please bring flowers or prasad and something to share for lunch.
