Let’s meet about the Balmoral development – Burwood Saturday 8th September 2018

Balmoral development meeting
this Saturday 8th September
Burwood Ashram, after the Program

Jai Shri Mataji

Hello everyone,

As most are aware, we will be redesigning the accommodation development at Balmoral. There have been several factors guiding us towards the new approach.

Background to the development

The Balmoral Development Application (DA) for the major Puja Hall extension was submitted in November 2017, and after eight months, remains unapproved.

As Yogis, we always need to be sensitive to  the flow of the Param Chaitanya and the subtle signals about if we are headed in the right direction. The extreme delay in approval has given us pause to reflect and reconsider. With this in our attention the  Vibrations for three key questions related to the Balmoral Project  were checked during the auspicious occasion of Guru Puja . This was to check if the current Balmoral DA given the delays was destined to proceed.

  • Shri Mataji is it Your wish that we should proceed with the current Development Application for the  major Balmoral Puja Hall extension?
    Checking results :  less cool
  • Shri Mataji is it Your wish that we start a new Development Application to build purpose build smaller accommodation buildings at Balmoral?
    Overall cooler
  • Shri Mataji is it Your wish that at this time we do no further development at  Balmoral?
    Catches, flow stopped

The outcome of the vibrations for the three questions checked on vibrations at Guru Puja was to build smaller accommodation blocks (option 2).

Shri Mataji is indicating that further development of Her Property at Balmoral is to occur to improve the collective amenity and  but in a different direction to the major extension  of the Puja Hall planned so far.

Meeting for the next steps

Let’s meet after the Burwood program this Saturday, in the sunroom.

The meeting will be for 30 minutes. Time limited meetings are more productive as everyone gets straight to the point. The meeting is open to everyone interested in giving productive input, so please let others know who haven’t received this email.

The objective of the meeting is to compile everyone’s ideas and put together a brief in regards to design and layout of the development. Concept sketches can then be produced.

The base of the brief is listed below.cost effective building

  • low maintenance
  • staged approach
  • multipurpose
  • well insulated for sound and heat
  • close vicinity to hall
  • visually appealing

May Mother’s pure desire flow through us and may we keep mental processes, ego and superego balanced. After all, this is for Mother.

Hope to see you this Saturday.

Love,
