Meeting to discuss Balmoral Kitchen
Saturday 14th March at Burwood Ashram at 5 pm.
Balmoral kitchen needs some urgent collective attention to bring it to an acceptable level for the collective.
These are some of the issues that we are currently facing:
- Spider and rat infestations
- Cleanliness of cooking areas
- Stove not functioning well
- New oven installation
- Acquisition of new items/replacement of malfunctioning equipment to help roster cooking groups
- Installation of gas fixtures
- Signage
- Checklists for roster groups for kitchen cleanup
- Collective support for garbage disposal
- Removal of items not required
If you would like to be involved in making Balmoral Kitchen a great place to cook please come to our meeting to be held on Saturday 14th March at Burwood Ashram at 5 pm.
Balmoral working bee
Sunday 22nd March
A working bee will be held after Birthday Puja to specifically target the kitchen and implement the work outlined above plus any outside work that needs to be done.
